At Tastii Flavor Company, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we are here to assist you with our return policy.
Unopened Containers: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of unopened containers of Tastii flavor products, you may return them to us for a full refund. The return shipping expenses will be covered by our company. Please ensure that the containers are unopened and in their original packaging.
Opened Containers: For opened containers of Tastii flavor products, the return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the client. However, we are still happy to accept returns of opened containers under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product does not meet your expectations in terms of taste or quality.
Return Online Form for Opened Products:
To initiate a return for opened products, please fill out the following online form. You will be charged for the return shipping based on the number of returns and the weight of the returned items. Payments can be made through PayPal. Once the return is confirmed, we will send you a shipping label to facilitate the return process.

Return Shipping Charges:
- €25 for the first kilogram.
- €12 for each additional kilogram.
- These charges will be paid via PayPal and will be refunded if the return is the fault of our company or the shipping company.
Please note that all returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
